Ordering Checklist

To make ordering Magna-Mat^® products as easy and secure as possible, we have implemented an online shopping cart system. If you are not familiar with ordering online, simply follow these instructions:

Click on the type of product you would like to order from the menu on the left-hand side of the screen. If you are unsure and want to browse, simply click here.
Select a product to order from any of the product screens and click the “Add to Cart” button. This will automatically take you to your “Shopping Cart,” where you can view selected products and prices or change the quantity of your order.
If you are not done shopping, click “Continue Shopping,” which will take you back to the Products page, and repeat steps 1 & 2. Or, if you would like to complete your order at this time, click “Proceed to Checkout” and move on to step 5.
If you would like to start over with a new order or decide to discontinue the order process at any time, click “Empty The Cart” from your “Shopping Cart” screen.
Once you have selected all of the items that you want to purchase, click the “Proceed to Checkout” link on the left-hand side of any page or the “Proceed to Checkout” button at the bottom of your “Shopping Cart” page.
Next, a screen will appear asking you whether or not your order will be shipping in Ohio. Just click the button next to “Yes” or “No.”
You will then be prompted to select a payment method. Simply click the button next to which payment method you will be using.
On the next screen, you will be able to review your order in its entirety to make sure it is correct. After review, fill out the payment and shipping information on the same page. Then, click the “Submit Secure Order” button.
You are then given a confirmation screen verifying that your order has been sent to Feel-Rite Magnetic Pet Products. This screen also lists all of the information that you have provided, along with an order number and further instructions. Feel free to print it out for your records.
If you are still unsure, print out this page and review it throughout the ordering process to make sure that you are getting exactly what you intend to.
